A Benefit for Hamza

Tuesday, April 26, 2011

Join us for dinner and a memorable evening in support of Hamzah Al-Daeni, an Iraqi boy who lost his right leg as a result of a US airstrike in April, 2008. All proceeds will support life-changing medical care for Hamzah.

In addition to our web site, Healing Children of Conflict has launched a Facebook page with more about our organization and work.

There you can find the latest brief updates on our work, notices about upcoming events, photos, and more.

Head over to 25 Kitchen + Bar for dinner and an evening out on Tuesday, April 26, to show your support for Hamzah, whom HCC is bringing to Grand Rapids this spring for crucial treatment of his leg and other long-term injuries.

Tickets for the event are just $10 for students and $25 for adults, and include free valet parking. The event runs from 7-9pm. 25K+B is located in downtown Grand Rapids just west from Van Andel Arena. To find out more about Hamzah and his family—and how HCC is providing for his medical treatment—check out his story. For complete details about the event, directions, times, and venues, view the event flyer. To get your tickets today, email us directly at events@healingdhildrenofconflict.org. Bring a friend!
